Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Servingoo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including restaurants, staff, and management utilizing our platform.

Service Description

Servingoo provides a comprehensive cloud-based restaurant management platform. This includes POS billing, kitchen display systems (KDS), inventory management, QR ordering, staff management, and advanced analytics tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Servingoo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of services until dues are cleared.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain an industry-leading 99.98% uptime SLA. However, we do not guarantee completely uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our control, including ISP routing failures or regional network outages.

Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, and content on the Servingoo platform are owned by Fyutrex Private Limited. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service during your subscription. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Servingoo's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data loss beyond our SLA commitments.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan. For international users, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may also apply.
