Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Servingoo subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused time within a billing cycle.

Free Trial

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your account will be automatically downgraded with no charges applied.

Annual Plan Refunds

For annual subscriptions, a pro-rated refund may be issued within the first 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service. After 30 days, no refunds will be processed for annual plans.

Hardware Purchases

Hardware devices (POS tablets, printers, KDS displays) purchased directly from Servingoo are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused, sealed, and in original packaging. Rental hardware must be returned in working condition at the end of the rental period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team with your account details and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
